What you Need

Google Sheets and Dropbox

You will use these to enter your product info and product images.  These are both free for what you would need.

Make.com

They offer a free plan which is enough to scan over 100 items a month. If you need more than that, the basic plan is very cheap.

OpenAI (optional)

You will need to sign up for a free account and deposit a small amount to get going. $5 is a good start. Each time OpenAI scans an invoice, you would get charged roughly 1 cent.  AI is only optional and not needed to automate the listings.
