What you'll need

Telegram, Google Sheets & Dropbox

These are free websites and you won't need to pay anything for them.  Dropbox does have a paid plan but the free plan is enough for this.

Make.com

They offer a free plan which is enough to scan over 100 items a month.  If you need more than that, the basic plan is very cheap.

OpenAI

You will need to sign up for a free account and deposit a small amount to get going.  $5 is a good start.  Each time OpenAI scans an invoice, you would get charged roughly 1 cent.
